Unlike many of our competitors, we make what we sell, and we make most of it in our own North American workshops. Each piece of Ethan Allen upholstery is trimmed, tucked, and tufted by the highly skilled hands of our craftspeople.
Our Silao team, featured here, is responsible for cutting and sewing all leather for upholstery and handles a portion of the fabric cutting and sewing as well.
Many of these sewn materials are exported twice a week to our Maiden plant to become finished seating; the balance is used on site, where our skilled craftspeople produce impeccably tailored sofas and chairs that will last for years to come.
